Rinjani Trekking Club
guarantee to provide the highest standard of service
within the limitation of the destination involved
Booking process:
For the advent book: at least we have to accept 50%
payment from the total price one month before the date
of trips program.
Full payment must be received prior to or upon arrival
at the first destination point, except for those
companies with whom special agreements have been made.
Failure to comply with this condition may result in
cancellation of all reservation.
Payments Details:
We believe that simply is best that why we always want
to make our payment procedures, as easy as we can do to
our customers. You can make payments in US$, EURO, Rp,
etc. For the reservation or advance booking, you can
wire deposit in our company bank account.

Cancellation:
No refund ( deposit ) on cancellation made within 5 days
before arrival.
The following provisions have been made for
reservations:
1. 50% deposit required for booking
2. Final payment to be paid before departure from RTC
Office.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to
start date.
4. 25% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. Complementary for group leader above 15 people

Additional Terms and
Conditions
CV. Rinjani Club Travel service acts as an agent of
service providers that may have own terms and conditions
other than aforementioned here. Therefore, additional
terms and conditions shall be applied whenever necessary
and you are agreeing to bear such terms and conditions.
Traveler’s Documents
Every Visitor to come to Indonesia should require a
relevant & updated Visa to enter the country and should
hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the
designed date of departure and Visitor need to confirm
to have either return through tickets for the onward
journey.
Liability
CV. Rinjani Club Travel service shall have
responsibility or liability for any damages on your
computer caused by viruses that infecting during the
e-mail or data transmission between the users and CV.
Rinjani Club Travel service. Our devices are equipped
with anti-virus software.
Indemnification
CV. Rinjani Club Travel service and users (travelers to
Lombok) shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless each
other from and against any claims, demands, including –
without limitation – reasonable legal and accounting
fees as a result of your use of material in our website,
including software, or your violation of the terms of
this agreement or inaccuracy of the information or the
availability or quality of products provided by the
third parties.
Force Majeure
Clause 4 shall be applicable in case of Force Majeure.
This includes war, unrest, strike, terrorism, natural or
industrial disaster, governmental regulations,
communication or utility failure, material shortage or
rationing, air carriers schedule amendments or any other
unavoidable events beyond CV. Rinjani Club Travel
service's control.
Law of Agreement
If legal action should be taken related to the agreement
regulated here, it must comply with the Law of The
Republic of Indonesia. |
